Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on November 15, 2021 found that Medstaffers had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on September 16, 2021.
